Meds In Order Service Agreement
1. Scope of Services
By purchasing a Meds In Order package or subscription, you are receiving personal medication organization support, including home setup, digital tools, refill planning, and follow-up support. This also includes education on how to take medications safely and effectively, how to use organizational tools, and how to build habits around adherence.
These services are non-clinical and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete medication information.

Notify Meds In Order of any medication changes or new instructions.

Take medications as prescribed by their healthcare provider.
3. Privacy & Confidentiality
All information shared will be kept confidential and only accessed by the Meds In Order provider unless otherwise authorized in writing by the client.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance. No-shows or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.
Refunds are not guaranteed once services have been delivered but will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
5. Liability Disclaimer
Meds In Order is not responsible for missed doses, incorrect medication instructions provided by other parties, or outcomes related to medication management. Educational guidance is provided for informational purposes only. It does not replace advice from your licensed physician or pharmacist.
You agree to consult your doctor or pharmacist about any concerns with your medications.
6. Communication
Support is available via email, phone, or video (based on your plan). Response times are typically within 48 hours.
