At Ms. Jones Art Studio, students in Grades 1–8 are invited to explore their creativity through engaging, hands-on art experiences in a welcoming studio environment. Whether your child is discovering a love for art or developing existing skills, our programs are designed to inspire imagination, build confidence, and encourage creative thinking.
We believe every child is an artist. Through meaningful projects, professional instruction, and a supportive community, students are encouraged to explore new ideas, take creative risks, and celebrate their unique artistic voice.

Afterschool Art Studio
Where creativity continues after the school day.
Grades 1–8
Our Afterschool Art Studio provides students with a fun, welcoming environment where they can relax, create, and explore their artistic potential after school. Each week features a new, one-session art experience that introduces students to a variety of artistic techniques, materials, and creative concepts while allowing them to complete a finished piece of artwork to take home.
Families have the flexibility to enroll in Mondays, Fridays, or both days. Students attending twice each week will complete the featured weekly project during one session and use their second class as Artist Studio Time to explore new ideas, continue projects, and receive individualized support.

Saturday Mixed Media Masterclass
Where young artists develop skills, confidence, and their creative voice
Grades 3–8
Our Saturday Mixed Media Masterclass is a three-week studio designed for students who are ready to move beyond single-day projects and develop stronger artistic techniques. Each session focuses on building foundational art skills through guided instruction, hands-on practice, and the exploration of a wide variety of professional materials and mixed media processes.
Unlike our Afterschool Art Studio, where students complete a new project each week, the Masterclass emphasizes artistic growth over time. Students work on more detailed, portfolio-worthy pieces while learning concepts such as composition, color theory, texture, layering, perspective, and creative problem-solving. Small class sizes allow for individualized instruction, allowing students to grow at their own pace while developing confidence in their artistic abilities.
